I had dual roles as a Data Architect and a System Analyst. As a Data Architect, I migrated property appraisal data from Access to SQL Server and developed an automated load process between our collateral risk management vendor and the database using Informatica. I was responsible for developing our team's new reporting architecture in Microstrategy which provided the team insights to appraisal turntimes, appraiser scores, and loan types. As a System Analyst, I collaborated with multiple stakeholders in a weekly agile scrum and was involved in creating and conducting test cases to ensure our vendor's system user interface allowed our processors and appraisal reviewers comply with the Dodd-Frank Act and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac mortgage regulations.
