My role as associate director involved providing research, data analysis & service design strategy for key clients in the Asian banking industry and an AU/ NZ airline. Resigned due to extended parental leave. Work/projects included: - Research and recommendations to senior leadership regarding best practice for Asia-based Fintech. - Supported project team of an AU/NZ airline on Covid-countering objectives. - Client relations and UX-lead for new business development.

Drove UX optimization to meet market demands and user expectations. Supported product strategy and consumer research. Contributed to the company's eventual recognition on the 'Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2019' list, highlighting accessibility, usability and performance metrics. Played a user-centric role in securing the 'Best Fulfilment Technology' award at the NORA Excellence Awards 2019, demonstrating excellence in UX. Work/projects included: - Introduced accessibility-driven design to third-party creative agency. - Co-led with product management, a new iteration of the UX that emphasised onboarding & adoption. - Introduced metrics for real-time performance.

Assisted in advancing UX research capabilities for banks all around the US. Supported the development of discovery methodologies, aligning with industry standards and enhancing research effectiveness. Contributed insights that aided the continuous improvement of key features of Fiserv's principal banking app used by hundreds of banks. Work/projects included: - Re-introduced the research facility and operations within the mobile UX division. - Led consumer research and the application of cognitive science into the design discipline. - Produced Kano model studies, amongst other discovery projects assisting product strategy. - Usability testing of customer secure chat, and universal dynamic search for business banking. - Data-driven split testing (both A/B and multivariate) for internet banking used by over 5 million users.

Supported research, strategic services, and design planning, ensuring a holistic approach to UX that met client and user needs. Assisted in client discussions and the discovery phase, producing UX documentation that guided project development. Collaborated as a client-facing UX lead for major clients. Work/projects included: - Led research and planning of a children's digital learning game (scratch- based app) for Nickelodeon. - Developed the front-end IA structure of BP’s graduate onboarding experience. - Revised the information design and prototyped the high-level UX of Barclays e-learning portal. - Led the quantitative research work and content strategy for UK airline, easyJet.
