- Trained over 100 contract researchers on how to conduct elected Officeholders project research with Google sheets and our internal data collection tool - Created Officeholders project training materials, including sections of the Officeholders research guide, the entire State Resource Guide, 4 Talent LMS training modules, 2 training videos, and 2 practice spreadsheet training templates and their corresponding answer keys - Supervised an average of 15-25 researchers per week in collaboration with the Officeholders project manager - Performed quality assurance processes after Officeholders research was complete to locate and fix thousands of researcher errors using spreadsheet formulas and by following detailed procedures for pinpointing errant data - Utilized logic checks to identify thousands of existing Officeholders database errors and conducted research to determine the correct resolution for each error
