 Compile program-related reports, project analyses, and perform bank reconciliations to provide essential insights to stakeholders, including project teams, internal and external auditors, Agency staff, and state agencies.  Supervise daily operations of the accounting department, including managing mortgage receivable and billing processes, SAP S/4HANA general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.  Oversee the preparation and review of program financial statements for a portfolio encompassing over 115 housing development projects, involving a mortgage commitment totaling approximately $1.7B through Affordable Housing Revenue Bonds  Champion the design and execution of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system migration, transitioning from a dated proprietary system and automating the month-end close process, consistently delivering precise and comprehensive financial statements within designated timelines.
