• Designed a relational database with unified schemas to support queries across diseases, drugs, genes, and SNPs in bioinformatics research. • Developed a web app with a live SQL editor and contextual schema browser, making biomedical data exploration more accessible by allowing users to write custom queries and examine relationships. • Designed and built an interactive data application to explore disease–disease similarity networks using shared miRNA associations and Jaccard-based metrics. • Integrated clustering results, t-SNE visualisations, and similarity heatmaps into a streamlined, researcher-friendly interface with multi-tab navigation. • Applied network analysis to model disease relationships based on shared miRNA profiles, enabling exploration of biologically meaningful clusters and potential comorbidities. • Attended postgraduate lectures in bioinformatics.
