Colorwave is a non-profit, founded by a collection of founders, venture capitalists, senior tech execs, and non-profit leaders committed to equity and inclusion in the innovation economy, by providing leaders of color access to VC-backed startups. Over eight weeks, Colorwave Fellows participate in speaking events with leading VCs, entrepreneurs, tech executives, HR leaders, career coaches, and other industry leaders to understand the world of venture captial, startups, and the innovation economy.
