TUJUBELASAN is a movement committed to revitalizing the essence of Indonesia's Independence Day adapted to today's challenges faced by residents of Malang Raya. This movement focuses on enhancing skills, expanding opportunities, and fostering an accessible and inclusive environment. Initiated by a candidate for the House of Representatives (DPR RI) in East Java V from the Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP), TUJUBELASAN welcomes participation from the general public of Malang Raya, regardless of their political affiliations or preferences. My responsibilities include: 1. Overseeing the internal team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and planning to monitoring project timelines, OKRs & KPIs, and overall project performance. 2. Managing communications with a wide range of stakeholders involved in political campaigns, including political party organizations, media representatives, and partners engaged in campaign activation initiatives. 3. Developing marketing strategies, encompassing tasks such as content planning, UI/UX website development, branding and design guidelines, conceptualization of events, etc. 4. Conducting research to support campaign activation efforts, including competitor analysis, creating presentation materials, identifying audience pain points and opportunities, etc. Key Achievements: • Effectively organized significant events and workshops, attracting a total of 1700+ participants across four primary programs: Career Fair - Ayo Melok Kerjo, TUJUBELASAN Startup Fest - UMKM Gaspol, Si Paling Data, and Pesta Rakyat. • Achieved the highest vote count in the party's history spanning over 20 years of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) legislative elections in East Java V. • Successfully garnered a total of 1400+ organic social media followers, resulting in 300,000+ Instagram impressions and 100,000+ TikTok views.

Established in 1996, Bubu.com pioneered digital agency services in Indonesia and has since become a leading full-service provider in the country. Bubu.com also ventures into esports, interactive collaboration, and startup incubation. As a Project Associate, I closely collaborated with the CEO on the following initiatives: 1. Organized Founders Explore 2022, an exclusive mentorship program by StartupIndonesia, featuring renowned tech mentors from Indonesia. 2. Co-hosted the WSA Grand Jury Meeting & Digital Social Innovation Days 2022 in Indonesia, an event by a global organization headquartered in Austria, to advance digital innovation solutions for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across over 180 countries worldwide. 3. Managed the Fight for Access Accelerator project, a collaboration between HIEx (UN Health) and Reckitt Indonesia, focused on empowering and investing in women-led health enterprises. 4. Led Online Speed Pitching by StartupIndonesia, a pitch event allowing startups across Indonesia to pitch to Southeast Asia investors. Key Achievements: • Hosted 24 international jurors (from the US, UK, Austria, India, etc.) for the WSA Grand Jury Meeting 2022 and successfully won 2 startups and brought 4 startups in Indonesia out of 356 startups nominated globally to the finals. • Co-hosted Tech4Impact under the WSA Grand Jury Meeting, supported by The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, with notable speakers such as Mr. Sandiaga Uno and Mr. Ilham Habibie. This event facilitated connections between local startups and international jurors and ICT experts. • Successfully launched the Fight for Access Accelerator event with 21 panelists and guests from startups and prominent organizations in healthcare (Ministry of Health, IDI, UNAIDS, WHO, etc). • Organized a 2-day speed pitching event with 10+ VCs, attracting 80+ registered startups, and resulting in over 50% of VCs expressing interest in further discussions with curated startups.
