As a freelance graphic designer, I serve a global client base, providing web design, branding, logo design, social media ads, video and photo editing, and print design, while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. ✓ I facilitated the successful marketing of my client’s services and training, leading to fully booked training, tripling service utilization, and increased donations by designing 27 social media ads and two print ads to target diverse audiences. ✓ To promote the launch of seven companies into NASDAQ listing, I developed event graphics and created vector files for use on the Times Square digital board outside of the NASDAQ building. Additionally, I designed and delivered several other digital assets, including screen backgrounds and PowerPoint slides. ✓ Among other projects, I drove outreach for a start-up streaming marketing company, HoneyStream, by creating comprehensive infographics.

As a Navy Chief, I oversaw Supply Management, Operations, and Logistics, managing personnel and several million dollars worth of assets. I served at eight different duty stations that included several overseas installations. During the latter half of my career, my responsibilities included conducting in-depth operational reviews to create and implement process improvement plans.
