Project Engineer

Designed and managed the integration and assembly of up to 40 jobs concurrently in all different stages. ▪ Managed and trained a team of assembly specialists and sheet metal craftsmen to build custom air handling unit solutions. ▪ Designed and integrated subassemblies for construction using SolidWorks, while creating processes for everyone to follow to create scalable growth while maintaining quality. ▪ Construct and maintain all technical documentation: IOMs, wiring diagrams, warranty information, etc.… ▪ Designed and managed the integration of gas heaters, electric heaters, energy recover wheels, fixed plate heat exchangers, and ECM fans. ▪ Created the R&D Department where I developed the Premium Control Package for Q-PAC arrays. The Premium Offering included a PLC that communicated to the fans via Modbus, to the BAS via BACnet, and included multiple analog and digital I/O's. ▪ Created and led the Technical Support Department: Performed field inspections and repairs, handled technical system integration questions from customers and reps, traveled with our sales team for technical presentations. ▪ Aided in the creation of the spinoff company: QPAC.
