PPG Industries | Apr 2019 - Present

Learning and Development Partner

- The position is mainly focused on designing and delivering training sessions, workshops and, other learning initiatives: Leadership program for first-line managers, Workshops (Mental Health at work, diversity and Inclusion, career growth, Strengths finder, Motivational Map ...), short sessions (30 minutes) proposing to participants practical tips and hints to help them to face today's challenges (managing uncertainty, prioritization, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, resilience, new ways of working ...) and Sales training My target for each session is to make it as interactive as possible and avoid "death by PowerPoint". I like to include different kind of supports and allow a lot of place for discussions between participants. I am also an internal coach, I debrief 360 feedback and I have EQ-i 2.0 certification. - Because a training is not always the solution, my job also includes a Consultant part where I discuss with internal customers from different levels of the organization and ask probing questions to make sure that the needs have been clearly identified. - I had great opportunities to lead/work on interesting projects. I am leading the roll-out of our leadership program for frontline managers I was asked to do research and make recommendations on a highly challenging topic which is Return on Investment (ROI) of learning initiatives. My take away from this project is that is much more than just numbers but it is about what impact you want to have on people and businesses. I keep that in mind at every step of the learning process. End-to-end digital is one of the key pillars in PPG growth. I was involved as a workstream leader to help to build Digital organization capabilities (learning framework, mentoring, and onboarding) I was leading LinkedIn Learning and Udemy adoption I helped the Women Leadership Network launching a Mentoring program by designing materials and workshops adapted to a virtual environment

Organizational Development Associate

In 2018, my team went through a transition where we moved from providing support on a local level to a regional level. The scope slightly changed and I became Organizational Development Associate. - We had to help our internal customers to make the transition as they were taking over the organization of local training courses. For this purpose, I was involved in writing guides for local HR and managers, creating a SharePoint, and delivering Webinars - My tasks also evolved to the organization of training sessions on the EMEA level but also to support Performance Plan, Talent Management and Talent acquisition: create questionnaires (OPQ, MBTI, LPI, 360, Motivational map) and create reports and visualizations. As those initiatives were cross-country, I was involved in the creation of a process to recharge expenses to local entities and translation of global documents and communications. - My team needed also to embrace this transition. For this purpose, I was assigned the role of Service leader. An informal leader responsible for a group of 5 people to guide them and make sure everyone is on the same page and moves forward delivering a high quality of service. It included leading daily scrum meetings, writing, updating, and validating work instructions, making sure that deadlines on ongoing projects are met, and managing the team's life (balance workload within the group, request for holidays...). I was also involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Senior Learning and Development coordinator

coordinator. The main duty was to organize training courses for French sites by communicating with providers and participants, managing logistics (hotel, restaurant, meeting room) and providing timely and accurate information. Each session required back-office tasks such as managing invoices via Oracle and SAP, connecting with funding administration, preparing audits by gathering accurate data (collect participants' and managers' evaluations, enter data into the system, reporting). I also created e-learning for the EHS department.
