Manage a staff of 4-8 project coordinators who support multiple business leads in the management and execution of program projects (PJM project managers are primarily business SMEs, not PMs by profession. PM skills are provided to projects as a service through the PMO). Manage budget and schedule of the Program. Work in concert with the technology development office (TDO), which provides strategic technical direction and management as it relates to the technical scope of the Program.
