In my current job role I efficiently and effectively perform as PD operations manager. Proactively utilizing data and multiple process improvement tools along, as well as leading an extraordinary P&D team. • Administered development management of multiple hourly associates to become front-line leaders, as well as front-line leaders to become Operation Managers. • Led major reduction in Cost Ratio from over 103.5 to 95.5 (lowest ever for ORL service center), resulting in four consecutive positive shifts in the process.

Inbound Operations Manager

In this job role, I served as an IB operations manager to retool and reorganize second largest IB operation in SEFL to see continuous measurable improvement along with directing five front line leaders and over 40 hourly associates to increase team performance and company productivity. I directed creation of four hourly associates into front line leaders and one into an operations manager, along with ensuring accomplishment of set goals. • Held control over reconfiguring entire IB operation dock configuration of 200 door service center. • Created and implemented various processes to drive waste reduction along with leading effective transition between operational shifts from OB to BBK to IB. • Oversaw concurrent redistributing of routes amongst front-line leaders to proactively serve the P&D department and ensure efficient performance of all tasks. • Directed development of new routing/loading procedures to drive reduction in driver wait time and improvements in shift closeout.

In this tenure, I acted as an IB/OB front line platform operation leader to manage and lead continuous measurable improvement in dock efficiency, bills per exception, and on-time closeout. • Led utilization of trailer arrival history data along with developing a time and percentage threshold for P&D trailer arrivals to significantly maximize ability for OB on-time closeout.
