Authority and Processed custom duty payments for customers while managing Net Revenue from Fund (NRFF) reports accrued from custom duty payments for the bank. Reduced turn-around time on custom duty transactions by 25% from 30 minutes to 23 minutes per transaction by ensuring timely rendition of Returns to regulatory bodies such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Enhanced international trade through execution of Bills for Collection transactions on behalf of bank customers. Processed an average of over 80 local and International Funds Transfer files per day which translates to 90% above average performance and this led to an upward transfer from a Processor to a batch checker responsible for checking the validity of processed transactions. Served as a supervisory officer on the Total Quality Management (TQM) desk responsible for batch checking and proper monitoring of all transactions in the Funds Transfer unit.
