• Formalised a role and process for pre-sales that had previously been handled by the founders. Looking after hiring SEs and training the whole sales team on best practice demo delivery, stakeholder management, closing strategy and scoping. • Built out structured vertical-specific demo environments which reduced preparation time by 50% while best highlighting product functionality. • Reduced average sales cycle time by over 33% by better articulating the product value proposition and implementing a simpler pricing structure. • Reduced the number of POCs/demos on successful deals from an average of 4 to an average of 2 through better needs analysis and scoping. • Product management for embedded analytics offerings. Team of data engineers, analysts and a data scientist building out an end-to-end capability from data ingest, through modelling to dashboarding in order to widen our addressable market, implementing AI and machine learning to model data and automate insights. • Brought into the business to design a new real-time analytics product around workforce management and efficiency and run point on key customer implementations, launching CIQ Analytics in 2020 to five enterprise customers. • Promoted to run pre-sales, responsible for go to market strategy, pricing, marketing, and sales collateral. Implemented automated demo data and trained sales and pre-sales in initial and deep dive demo delivery best practice. • 100% success rate to order for whole presales team with proof-of-concept engagements and corresponding proof of value presentations to c-suites. • Responsible for full lifecycle presales activity, both to prospects and existing customers, from RFI/RFP responses on enterprise business bids through to delivery and customer value coaching and consultancy. • Key contributor to the M&A process resulting in the successful 2021 sale of Cognito iQ to TotalMobile.
