As a community development worker, I work to expand access to the arts for the young people of Blaenau Ffestiniog. To expand access to the arts, we have created a project called Beth ydi Blaenau? (What is Blaenau?). The goal of the project is to allow the young people to explore their identities through the arts whilst exploring the identity of the area. As part of my role, I have been involved in the planning and creation of the project which involved branding, marketing and social media. I also lead a variety of activities with the young people.
