Leveraged advanced techniques like oversampling or synthetic sampling. Collected data and built predictive model that outperformed a 3rd party's model in accuracy and sensitivity. ➡️ Customer Segmentation: built reusable, customized SQL-based audience segments in the customer data platform (CDP), Treasure Data, for campaigns ranging from nurture to appointment reminders to cross-sell programs spanning across the marketing funnel. ➡️ Sales and Marketing Automation: Designed and deployed email nurture, customer segmentation, and sales qualified lead automations to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and unlock incremental engagement and sales production.
