I am responsible for initiating a data literacy course within the Headquarters Department of the Army G-8 Force Development Branch to support Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) and Army Data Plan intent for more data centricity across the US Army. I perform analysis for Army G-8 efforts that integrate planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) data to inform Army Senior Leaders (ASL). I capture data requirements supporting PPBE efforts and deploy solutions using SharePoint Online (SPO) and Army 365 (e.g. MS Teams).

Lead Operations Research Systems Analyst

Government technical lead for the Army's instance of Program Management Resource Tools (PMRT), including Comprehensive Cost and Reporting (CCaR) and Enterprise Analytics (EA, Qliksense) applications deployed to integrate, aggregate, and visualize all Army acquisition data to enable Army Acquisition Executive and senior leader decision making. Determined the system requirements collected across 13 Army and Joint Program Executive Offices (PEO) under the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisitions, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) for the PMRT system and applications. Coordinated and collaborated with prime and subcontractors, ASA(ALT) personnel, servicemembers, and customers daily to sustain and enhance PMRT capabilities. Supported program management functions as well, while offering our director data governance, data analytics, and cloud computing consult. Developed and hosted data literacy courses for the acquisition workforce to enable the Secretary of the Army intent to increase data centricity within the US Army.
