Leading new product development for employer branding agency and high potential employees development platform. My role and accomplishments: Launching new products for employers to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and enrich admission and adaptation experience of the most talented young professionals. During my work as a head of product development: - New employer branding research methodology: conducted meta-research of employer branding methodology including expert-interviews with leaders and founders of major European employer branding agencies (European Association of Employer Branding Agencies), designed a new approach to employer branding projects which allowed to design time- and cost- effective employer branding research service. - Online Internships launch: leaded the process of new employer brand product development - online internships for IT-professionals in non-IT companies. Our team conducted custdev, formulated unique value proposition and launched Shift + Enter online internship program for young IT-talent. The product exceeded KPI in number of participant by 30%. - Career Development Platform: leaded series of customer development and market researches, value proposition and product concept design within design-thinking sessions, prepared investors' pitch and installed efficient development process.

My role and accomplishments: - Designed and conducted 10+ major employer brand researches for top-rated employers, including internet survey, focus-groups, in-depth interviews, online- polling, etc. Our aggregated 'Best Company Award' research has become industry standard for companies hiring high potential graduates. - Developed 100+ employer branding and educational activities for major employers in IT, Engineering, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Banks, Transport, Business Consulting. The activities included festivals and professional competitions, business-games, educational events, brand ambassadors programs, etc both offline and online with average score 8.7 / 10 from participants and clients. - Developed an online-assessment concept for hard and soft skills based on case-study methodology.
