Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer at Switch, I lead the product and engineering organization behind a healthcare staffing marketplace that connects 50,000+ credentialed professionals with facilities across 5+ states. I built the development team, created the product roadmap, introduced AI/ML into our matching and credentialing workflows, and scaled the platform from 3,000 to 17,000 hours/week — all bootstrapped, competing against VC-backed incumbents. I'm hands-on with the technical stack: managing AWS infrastructure, PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise), product analytics (Mixpanel), and API workflows (Postman). I work in Jira daily with my engineering team and use GitHub for version control. I've also been investing heavily in AI and data fluency — completing an AI Solutions Architect program, earning DataCamp certifications in data engineering, SQL, AI fundamentals, and GitHub foundations, plus 40+ additional courses in AI/ML, data science, and LLMs.
