• Monitored product supply health (e.g. content accuracy, user flows), deep-dived sales data to generate business insights, and provided actionable solutions for BD teams in 14 markets (APAC, EMEA, US) to drive revenue growth • Executed 5 A/B tests to validate hypotheses, analyzed sales data with Tableau and Mixpanel, and identified the key features able to increase CVR and user retention in future product roadmaps for Senior Product Managers • Redesigned tracking metrics in internal dashboards together with Data Analysts, and formed up-to-date business strategies as guidance for BD, Engineering, and Product to better allocate resources and jointly achieve targets

Global Market Research Specialist

• Led and trained a team of 5 SEA and LATAM nationalities (Honduras, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan) to conduct market research for 30+ countries and analyze 100+ social product competitors, and constructed go-to-market strategies for the management • Headed and coordinated cross-functional Facebook Ads campaigns in 11 countries (aligning with PM, Designers, Developers, and external digital agencies) to validate product-market fit; ultimately identified 2 SEA and LATAM markets for global expansion for the CEO by analyzing marketing ads performance (e.g. CPA, CPC, CVR) • Drafted UX research framework, conducted 19 user interviews in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English languages to understand user problems, then created personas with UX researchers to outline the prototype on Miro and Mural for product managers • Solved the cold start problem by acquiring 2,500+ potential leads from 0 and collecting quantitative data with a mixture of HubSpot, Calendly, Typeform, and Facebook Ads • Localized the MVP strings in English and Spanish languages on Lokalise, and completed a series of QA tests to detect bugs and renovate user journeys for product managers • Developed and established collaborations with 3 partners in Peru for HR, Marketing, and Legal departments

• Assisted the Spanish SaaS startup to penetrate Taiwan and Southeast Asia ERP markets by acquiring pilot users (SMEs), identifying local needs, and studying competitors • Collaborated with Market Growth Manager to determine go-to-market strategies (e.g. Creating Taiwanese persona, jobs to be done), analyzed user behaviors, and tested API integrations of partner platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) in order to complete tasks in each sprint • Increased the engagement of Chinese-speaking customers/leads through CRM system (HubSpot, Intercom) and advised product optimization strategies to the software developer team
