* Simultaneously manage four studies of public health attitudes, balancing changing priorities -Design high-quality survey instruments, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to specify research objectives and monitor data quality -Conduct multi-disciplinary literature reviews and synthesize findings in proposals and reports -Train and supervise team of 16 junior researchers to ensure high quality data collection process -Conduct analyses and create visualizations using R, and draft reports * Improve organizational best practices for data management, analysis and methodology -Create fully-reproducible workflows using R for data merging, cleaning, visualization, and analysis -Introduce more robust methods of data management & analysis -Create roadmap for workflow automation and error reduction
