I coordinate with the relevant internal team in ensuring compliance with rules and regulations related to the use of digital technology in business. I also build good relationships with SMEs and manage relationships with the company's customers and partners. My duties and responsibilities as a resource person include: Prepare training materials and case sample materials Deliver material clearly and effectively in the form of interactive presentations and discussions Answer participant questions and provide technical guidance Provide feedback and evaluation to participants to help improve their skills As a volunteer, I feel happy to be able to contribute to the capacity development of small and medium enterprises.
