With 1,45 MNOK in investment capital i founded and managed the value investment company Bradypus Holding AS. The company consisted of myself and 7 other shareholders. Results after 2 years of operation: Absolute returns of 14% Approximately 6.7% in annualized returns (CAGR) In the liquidating process we returned 1,65 MNOK to investors (net fees and expenses). Bradypus Holding AS was an unleveraged value oriented investment company tasked with achieving absolute returns above benchmark index. The company was set up in 2015 and had a time horizon of 2-5 years. My job as general manager of Bradypus consisted of running the company and investing it's equity portfolio, in addition to doing everything else related to the firm (like accounting). I was fully invested in Bradypus and owned 30% of the company. My investing philosophy is heavily value oriented and i continually try to locate deeply undervalued securities with low intrinsic volatility. In addition i prefer small capitalization companies with a strong balance sheet and a management team with a solid equity stake. Bradypus Holding AS was liquidated early December 2016 and the capital returned to investors.

Results after 3,5 years of operation: Absolute returns of 74.20% (Returns in excess of benchmark 33.06%) Approximately 17.62% in annualized returns (CAGR) Nyberg Skotnes DA was an unleveraged value oriented partnership tasked with achieving absolute returns above benchmark index. The partnership was set up in 2011 and had a time horizon of 3-5 years. The partnership did equity investments in listed Scandinavian companies. I focused on fundamental analysis, long-term value and a concentrated portfolio. I had a preference for companies characterized by strong balance sheets, historically stable earnings and trustworthy management. Nyberg Skotnes DA was liquidated early September 2014 and the capital returned to investors.
