• Analysing and providing a weekly sale, booking and backlog report to the Vice President, Sales Manager and Operation Manager. Collaborating with the finance team to get the business and territory contribution margins numbers. All this information is produced for the growth scorecard to the senior leadership team. • Creating budget splitting for each salesperson for the UK and USA branch, across different products and countries using statistical concept. Moreover, managing, and overviewing SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) forecast monthly for sales and production team using Macro in Excel. • Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, enabling informed business decision for International Board Meeting (IBM) monthly.
