• Support the clinical team and project members (i.e., CRA, CTA) in updating, maintaining and filing clinical documents within the Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure compliance with company timelines and standard operating procedures. • Perform daily administrative activities to ensure a complete and accurate Trial Master File delivery. • Assist with site visit preparation by identifying and sharing missing documents for TMF. • Act as a central contact for the clinical team in the EMEA region for TMF and associated documentation (including TMF set-up, periodic review, and action item resolution). • Utilize Veeva Vault eTMF to manage, track, and maintain clinical trial documents, ensuring real-time inspection readiness, compliance, and efficient document collaboration.
