Volumetric Accounting SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Currently responsible for migrating reconciliation and stewardship activities of the 8 EMEA locations. - Rolled out a new KPI reporting process for a special inventory of 8 locations across the EMEA zone, migrating data from an access-based tool to SAP DB, cleaning up a backlog of ~1M lines. Built an interactive, real-time, no- maintenance Tableau dashboard from the extracted data for the needs of BL. - Re-designed the reporting process of the open items - to enable stakeholders to see patterns and generate more insight for the Business Custodians. Built a comprehensive, low-maintenance dashboard to display historical data as well as results from the current reporting period. - Initiated Transportation GL reporting enhancement project, identified a data source for extracting data by having benchmarking activities with other teams, performed integrity checks for the extracted data, built variants/ layouts to speed up the data extraction, adjusted over tolerance identification process to new thresholds, built an interactive, no-maintenance Tableau dashboard to display aggregated results, continuously consulting with BL on the capabilities of the dashboard. Data integrity was 100% in all scenarios since the implementation of the new tool. - Developed and implemented a process improvement solution to address a key bottleneck in team's workload, namely manual SAP entries. Conducted extensive consultation with other teams to ensure the success of the new IDOC monitoring process, which identified patterns and most common issues with IDOCs
