• I am responsible for form creations and app setup for data collection, and entry for the establishment of the beneficiary register dataset and collection of feedback on the impact of the conditional cash transfer program (CCTP) using kobo collect and CCT enrolment applications. • I am responsible for extracting data from pdf formats, hard copy documents as well as data scraping to create databases • I clean, analyze, and visualize the dataset in excel (formulas, functions and formatting tools), R (using packages like tidyverse, janitor, ggplot2 etc.), and python (using pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) depending on the size of the dataset • I disaggregate and analyze the data for effective enrolment and validation processes, compliance to co-responsibilities, payment, and grievances/redress mechanism. • I carry out impact analysis of the CCTP which has shown 92% increase in school enrolment, 88% increase in household consumption, among others. • I create manuals and train 355 staff on work apps and technology-based reporting. • I am responsible for installations, troubleshooting, documenting app user experience, and all technical support for the operations of the unit. • I monitor and supervise activities at the local government level to ensure conformity to set standards and project goals. • I implemented a strategy that reduced the enrolment data capture process duration by 70%. • I successfully planned and managed the enrollment of over 74,000 poor & vulnerable households into the CCTP.
