-Imaging the surface pro and book with the new Windows 10 SOE. -Using pxe boot for building the image for users surface pro and book and updating the Dock firmware. -Equipment for deployment: Microsoft Surface Pro and Book, Philips 32" 4K LCD monitor with Ultra Color Model, Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, Associated cables and peripherals. -Training and Supporting the user with configuring their PC/ Laptops, which include logging into base applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote and Skype for Business, Office 365, other business applications. -Setup the new monitor, keyboard and mouse and associated cables and peripherals. -The anticipated deployment rate are 30 users per day in 2 sessions per day. -All decommissioned PC's and Laptops will be recovered and delivered to warehouse where they will be registered with Previous user, Location, Type, Make, Model, Serial Number, DoE Asset Number. -The decommission stuffs are kept onsite initially for 48 hours post-deployment for recovering and backing up if the users are required to do so. -Managing of the deployment such as stock and inventory management, daily allocation of equipment, assisting the customer and deployment teams. -Handling multiple tasks and meeting day to day deadlines for deployment. -Decommissioning post-deployment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards and mouse, cables, monitor stands and associated peripherals. -Asset management required to ensure a full inventory of equipment movement, ensuring the following attributes are recorded: DET User Name, Deployment Date, Device Type, Device Make, Device Model, Deployment ID, Serial number. -Inventory management and forecasting to ensure sufficient stock is maintained. -Stock collect and keep updated report of the stock. -Daily reports include weekly progress report, project schedule updated weekly, deployment schedule updated daily, asset register updated every daily, risk and issues register updated weekly, defects register updated daily.
