Digital AI Platform Designer

As Digital AI Platform Designer at the AA, I led the architecture and deployment of scalable AI solutions using GPT models and RAG pipelines. I embedded internal knowledge via vector embeddings and prompt engineering, implementing guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve response reliability. Azure-hosted models were integrated via Python-based APIs for secure, real-time inference. I built intelligent agents on Torque AI to extract NPS, CSAT, and Ease scores from SQL databases, enabling granular sentiment analysis. I designed and launched a post-chat feedback survey that drove an 82% NPS uplift and 180 responses/day at peak. My work spanned the full conversational AI lifecycle—data collection, annotation, NLP model training, and iterative tuning using failed utterances and operational feedback. I delivered bot-contained journeys across WhatsApp and Web, integrating services like Authentication, IDV, Policy Entitlements, ETA tracking, and Email updates. These enhancements led to a 30% increase in conversation volume and 645 bot-contained chats/week. I developed a Payments feature that secured 23% of transactions via bot and built a Shift Scheduler using Liveperson’s FaaS, NodeJS, and JavaScript to manage out-of-hours traffic. I introduced a Holding Bot to manage queue pressure and led the rollout of Proactive Messaging to boost engagement. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and vendors (Liveperson, ForgeRock, DIP server, Cloudflare, AWS) to ensure seamless integration, security, and performance. My focus on technical execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement consistently delivered high-impact AI capabilities.

• Responsible for developing back-end Conversational AI-based applications for GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority UAE) & BT Group, UK using Python & Node JS. • My role involved gathering customer requirements from Web APIs, interface design, technical problem solving & providing software solutions that comply with coding standards and creating a high-level document(HLD). • Led and managed the development, security and maintenance of voice, chat and messaging bot teams using platforms like Amazon Alexa, Connect, Lex, Lambda, Google’s Dialog flow, Google’s Action Builder, and Live Person. • Involved in integrating, troubleshooting & debugging a fully functional application bot using google assistant, Google Home, and Alexa’s mobile app. • Involved in developing an end-to-end three-layer architecture flow, enabling security to the application, and solving database queries to meet the client’s requirements using SQL. • Proactively involved in designing and implementing modules for existing and new web applications, creating database procedures and queries to populate necessary data in the application. • Performing unit testing, resolving application-related bugs as well as providing fixes, code reviews, maintaining error logs, deploying code to the production server and evaluating user feedback. • Developed a sentiment analysis Flask-based web framework system that involved fetching data from the SQL database server and populating sentiment analysed data on the dashboard in the form of gauges and bar graphs. • Received Bravo Award & cash prize in 2020 for outstanding work and repeatedly demonstrating the core values of rising and driving positive changes at work
