Working as a third-party support engineer by META on SAP Labs I have acquired good experience in Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) through the years. The main tasks were to perform assistance via BTP tenants and Service Provider Cockpit (SPC) for customers, which included iflows configuration/ analysis, keypair creations, and certificate exchanges/uploads (Ebics, TLS, MLS, PGP key). Work on customer requests to provide missing bank statements, reprocess messages, and route tickets for different queues.
