Data Analytics Manager

As Data Analytics Manager, I am responsible for managing and mentoring the Analytics team at Near. In addition, I am also responsible for leading and solving complex client analytics problems and presenting meaningful insights to the customer. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the work process and professional development for our team of data analysts ● Communicate with Sales team on project prioritization and timelines of deliverables ● Track progress of projects, provide updates to appropriate teams (engineers, product managers, project managers, etc.) ● Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) fundamental concepts to apply quantitative analysis, data mining and visualizations and see beyond the numbers to understand how data results can inform the client’s business ● Serve as reporting expert for the team by developing report requests and interpreting data. ● Build decks and reports that present meaningful data insights and business opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Serve as a technical resource for clients as needed ● Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a team of high-performing analysts.
