My current role expect me to responsible for Software and Information System development lifecycle and maintaining running systems. And I extend my roles to data analytics preparation with obtaining knowledge, platform and certification regarding data analytics. In this role I also assisted the company on data preparation for migration to SAP from existing systems, and also developing automatic data submission to SAP systems for SD, PP and QM moduls. My main duty is coordinating all my resources so all of task and responsibility assigned to my team is executed and achieve great result.

IT System Development Supervisor

In this role I started to lead a software development team comprise of a programmer staff, a system analyst and several outsourcing programmer. Most projects that we developed are in Microsoft C# web based with SQL server database. We used Microsoft Team Foundation Server as a collaboration Impact of Participative Leadership, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance platform. The main task that do was managed the software development cycle, including system and data analysis, project documentation, database and website designer, project driver and product campaigner. Beside my main role that already described, I was still troubleshoot running web systems and developed database architecture and SSRS reports.

The most notable project is the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental database system (HSEdb). In this project I analyze, design, transform and migrate data from excel to SQL Server, develop, deploy, train and implement the system. I also develop other web such as HR Personal Training system, Hazard Report system and others.

During my role as a Payroll Officer, I was responsible in gathering and processing data to calculate monthly wages and salary for my company's employees. I implement data analysis in Microsoft Excel to clean and transform data, so that my calculation for the payroll achieve the best accuracy and precission

HRIS/Programmer

During the digital transformation of Adaro Indonesia HR Department from manual to HRIS implementation, I was responsible in preparing for employees data to be imported to the Sunfish system. And after the implementation I was responsible to maintain employees personal data and other related data. During those period, I also implement the first fingerprint attendance system, created the first intranet web homepage, created web information system about HR reports, and local flight reservation and reports, and other digital data related analysis and tasks.
