• Oversaw sales activities, and the company's marketing and sales in the African market. • Managed all her customers under the supervision of a manager in Vietnam (Assigned from time to time). • Coordinated professional work with trade representatives in markets in Africa. • Reached out to large customers in the target market, weekly/monthly work reports • Received samples from Vietnamese companies • Contacted through phone calls, Whatsapp messages, Emails and met major hair import partners by the company, provide data to offer samples, verify the partner's size and ability to import goods and compiled a detailed report. • Noted feedback and requests of customers for goods and feedback to the company and is responsible for the exchange of samples with guests later • Purchased/received customer's samples sent to Vietnam to companies making products according to request • Searched for import partners outside the list data in the area assigned to me. • Advised the company on how to approach customers and provide important information about the hair market in areas under my charge. • Performed import and export sales.
