-Process team leader for PECVD in a team of 4. -Project leader for PECVD Process Optimization and Development -Owner of PECVD SiN and SiO steps in technology transfer and capacity ramp up Accomplishment -Conducted process qualification and setup SPC/FMEA/FDC for First-Of-A- Kind(FOAK) PECVD Machine in Singapore. -Completed SiN process optimization project to reduce deposition thickness and property variation, reducing wafer scrap by 2 wafers per lot, generating yield gain of 16%. -Initiated and completed SiN deposition clean frequency reduction project, reducing cycle time by 20%. -Coordinated with vendor to optimize cassette design to reduce wafer breakage due to post deposition electrostatic vibration. -Led and coordinated R2R introduction project to PECVD process in Singapore fab. -Led and coordinated cross fab process and equipment alignment project. -Led PECVD process transfer for new technology. -Successfully conducted multiple new machine/transferred machine process startup ahead of timeline.

-In charge of High Aspect Ratio Process(HARP) workstation process improvement and troubleshooting in 32 and 64-Tier 3D NAND manufacturing. -Monitor and control inline process performance using SPC -Solve inline issues by big data analysis and designed experiments. -New equipment testing and qualification -Manage projects in yield/cost/capex/quality/cycle time improvement Project Accomplishment -Led the team in solving inline defect issue related to HARP process in multiple cases. Generated in-depth analysis report and came up with effective solutions to help reduce yield loss by total 0.3% and reduce process cycle time by 10% for two processes, generating net profit of about 1million USD/year. -CVD Department Representative of Statistical Process Control(SPC) sector. With the assistance from all team members, Out-of-Control(OOC) percentage of process qualification results were reduced from 6% to 3%. -Initiated and led a project in HARP process recipe optimization in multiple process steps, with raw processing time(RPT) reduction of 10% for each step. With this project alone, 1 HARP process tool is avoided and more than 700 wafers are able to be processed per week.
