Consolidated Global (outside US) Risk Position Reports on a weekly basis, collaborated monitoring changes in risk exposure for Spain, Italy and Portugal, and proposed adjustments to credit lines when necessary. Moderated weekly meetings with commercial, finance and operations departments from Spain, Portugal, and Italy to share insights, ensure alignment on credit management strategies, and discuss any AR collection issues. Improved three risk monitoring reports by implementing Excel macros, reducing consolidation times by 30%, while increasing accuracy by over 8%.
