Business Analyst

• Led autonomously the requirements analysis of the Stealth® AI Execute solution dedicated to decision support for production planning and material procurement activities in companies operating in the fashion industry • Devised and prototyped in Python the mathematical optimization model on which the algorithmic component of the system is based • Contributed to the design of the database on which the solution relies and defined the data interfaces to and from the Stealth® ERP with which it is natively integrated • Participated actively in the UX/UI design activities of the web application • Conducted the functional analysis and supported the delivery process of 2 Supply Chain Optimization projects for two international companies, leaders in their respective fields • Taken part in more than 10 analysis, demo and PoC activities for various clients representing companies operating in the retail and wholesale sector, especially in the context related to the fashion value chain • Addressed and presented solutions to complex problems in the area of Supply Chain Optimization, with particular attention to topics concerning Production Planning, Material Procurement and Inventory Optimization
