I have significant experience in digital transformation projects, totaling 15 projects across 8 industries. I have implemented methodologies such as TBM (Technology Business Management) in banks, where I contributed to software selection and cost optimization. My role as Product Owner in banking platform transitions strengthened my skills in leadership and managing complex projects. I have participated in M&A projects, post-merger integration, PMO management, and operations optimization across various sectors, including oil & gas, telecommunications, and healthcare. I have conducted LATAM payment method research and contributed to the development of the "Emerging Technologies" study for Febraban Tech. Additionally, I have implemented two Value Realization Offices to capture value in Data & AI projects and served as a technical consultant for the development of AI solutions in public healthcare.

Scientific Initiation

• Project titled "Spatial Orientation in Urban Spaces: Use of a Tactile-Sound Map." The objective was to create a tactile map for the geolocation of visually impaired individuals, 3D-printed as a model of the UNICAMP campus. NFC tags were added to digitally identify buildings. • A mobile application was developed to recognize the tags, providing audio descriptions of campus facilities, in addition to the 3D-printed tactile map. • The project is still being refined but has already proven functional through experimentation with staff familiar with the campus and external visitors. It was presented at the III Congress of Projects Supporting the Retention of Undergraduate Students at UNICAMP.

Internship in Teaching

• The internship aims to guide three high school students from Campinas participating in the PIBIC (Institutional Program of Scientific Initiation Scholarships), who will develop a scientific initiation project in the field of mechatronics. • I develop educational materials with content on mechanical physics and assist in planning the class schedule. • I implement the use of educational software, such as Algodoo, for teaching physics. I also assist in mechanics and programming classes for embedded devices.

Internship in Management and Statistics

• Internship at AEL – Edgard Leuenroth Archive, part of the IFCH – Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at UNICAMP, in the field of management and statistics. • Cataloged books and periodicals using Excel spreadsheets, performing tasks such as registration, labeling, inventory listing, and organization. • To enable predictions about the number and type of visits to the archive, I developed a database and statistical analysis in Excel, generating key metrics such as: monthly visit count, classification of the most sought-after books and periodicals (both in absolute numbers and by month). This improved the efficiency and accuracy of visitor service and the scheduling of AEL material maintenance.
