- An ambitious target was set for 2019 local active App users (~200 k). I faced this challenge using ML and Advanced Analytics methods in high-impact insertions and media placements, and the goal was achieved in October. - New features were requested to be deployed by the Board. I successfully led a loan placement feature deployment within the App, by redefining risk models involved and controlling net interest rate spread as a result. - When asked to think about new ways of monetizing the App by the top management, I developed Commercial agreements and B2B alliances with both banks and local Fintech startups, which added non-expected income to the bottom line.

- Sodexo Chile branded cafeterias used a worksheet-based forecast solution to predict sales daily volumes, which was evaluated as inaccurate and tedious. I deployed a Time Series-based Forecasting Solution for Profit Centers’ sales, which made predictions within a desired 5% error rate and reduced processing times from 4 hours to 20 minutes. - Banco de Chile was going through issues trying to contact debtors at certain times. As a solution, I built a Machine Learning based model for optimizing debt collection process planning. It meant a 60% reduction in contact center costs and an additional 10 percentage points in the delinquent debt recovery rate. - As a Consultant for CloudMinds LATAM, I met a new team that was having some challenges to generate new leads and deals. I successfully promoted and implemented agile frameworks to lead the team's work in Chile (Product Management, Project Controlling, and Open Innovation), improving the team’s motivation and output.
