As a result, I took part in a number of strategic decisions to help the team achieve its goals, collaborated with the body responsible for the region in which Vulcano operates, worked on team leadership and motivation and played the role of coordinator for all legal discussions involving the company. Also this year, Vulcano started working with a system of groups responsible for areas of the company called "Squads". I was assigned to the Google Analytics/ADS Squad, so I supported the Sales Department analyze the data from their Passive Prospecting Campaigns and improve them in order to boost our results.
