• Served as deployment lead for Bombardier Process Management System, aligning value streams to customer needs. • Developed and deployed first application of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) with focus on quality and reliability at Bombardier Inc, Completed corporation’s first 2 DFSS projects for over $1 million in savings. • Deployed Design for Six Sigma to Train Control system development introducing and applying new technologies fully automated wireless train control first deployed on the Las Vegas Monorail System. • Designed and facilitated corporate merger sessions for organization design and integration planning including member of merger Due Diligence Team and manufacturing rationalization. • Led Six Sigma start-up with 1500 staff and 10 new Black Belts with $25 million P&L improvement results in 3 years. • Prepared management and operating staff building the first Ankara Metro system into revenue service. • Built Turkish management team for system start-up including maintenance management and quick downtime response achieving on-time revenue service with excellent operations and customer service. • Successfully led Maintenance Management System selection and deployment team with Turkish client.
