Prepared casuals payroll and made sure that they were processed in time, updated information in the Human Resource Information Systems and carried out trainings by;  Training new employees on factory entry rules including what documents to present to the Human Resource office for their payments to be processed  Entering data, calculating and verifying employee earnings including bonuses and overtime  Processing deductions to employee pay  Completing weekly reports and reconciling payrolls with the accounts office  Issuance of statement of earnings  Answering employee questions related to payroll  Recording and reporting employee concerns and feedback to the Human Resource Officer  Recording relevant employee data in the Human Resource Information Systems and entering or updating it in the payroll systems  Scanning, printing, photocopying and filling of the employee documents and casual payments  Maintaining an efficient filling system of the casual payment as well as employee documents  Developing reports depending on backup operations and performance
