Contractor for Cisco UC system at BOFA’s Employees Technology Support APAC team. Managing Cisco Unified Communications and Avaya Contact Center systems for BOA internal users in the APAC region. Contracted under Etrali from July 22, 2015, and IPC Information System Japan from July 2016 to October 2020, and under Smart Information Management System from October 2020 to February 2021. Roles: Working with component support teams (e.g. Data Base, Voice/Data Network, and Storage) to coordinate activities for remediation of issues. Use of ITIL and problem management in order to gain route cause analysis. Performing housekeeping functions on systems/infrastructure (e.g. daily health checks). Documentation for operational support (e.g. playbooks, user guides, troubleshooting guides). Working with Architecture, Engineering, and Product Management teams to measure and monitor call and infrastructure health. Monitoring capacity and performance of all VoIP services, including post- implementation validation of changes. Managing triage application alerts and taking appropriate action for resolution.
