Offering a secure custodial solution with integrations for trading, settlement, and yield. ▪ Manage >15 crypto prime brokerage clients end-to-end (from onboarding, the technical account setup, etc.) and serve as the main point of contact resulting in a 90% user retention. ▪ Ensure consistent and accurate record keeping for ledgers sent to 6 hedge fund and asset manager clients by reflecting their trades and crypto settlements through cross-referencing the data to make zero mistakes. ▪ Analyze market data & trade history with Jupiter Labs, pgAdmin and Excel to measure metrics like overall trade performance and potential market impact to inform selling and sales strategy for prospecting. ▪ Perform technical research on crypto exchanges that are slated for integration by creating reports in Notion on risk management and mitigation resulting in reduced time for integration deployment. ▪ Create an automated tool that pings a Slack channel with status updates from the 5 largest crypto-exchanges by pulling filtered announcements from RSS feeds to reduce response time for product troubleshooting. ▪ Wrote >30 product guides on Notion and Zendesk for 45+ others by collaborating with the engineering, product and sales team to gain a better understanding of client needs and streamline the use of the product.
