I code using the Angular framework to create online forms which are linked to an Azure Cosmos database. I also do some Data Engineering. Azure functions run on a schedule to extract data from API's. These are coded in .Net C#.

Senior Technical Support Engineer

I was employed as a Technical Support Engineer level 2 at the IBM campus in Damastown, Dublin. I was supporting the Lotus Domino Messaging server and the Lotus Notes email client. The support region was the EMEA region (Europe , the Middle East and Africa). I communicated via telephone, email and RDP. I typically had forty tickets open at any one time and always me the targets for number of closures and client satisfaction ratings. I also wrote technical documents and mentored junior engineers. I reproduced customer defects on virtual Windows and Linux servers.

BroadVision developer

I was employed as a contractor at KPN working on their BroadVision based website. This was hosted on a UNIX box and used an Oracle database.

BroadVision Software Developer

Employed as a Software Developer, working on the Hewlett-Packard Project. This used BroadVision Content Management System on a UNIX box with an oracle database. The project ran on quarterly cycles. Each project cycle would start with requirement gathering for new or updated features in meetings with Hewlett-Packard employees. The earlier versions of BroadVision were written in C++ and later versions were written in Java.
