System Architect

I am responsible for technological decisions related to navigation and map-based content compilation and database interfaces. Manage the planning and implementation of product increments technical point of view. I supervise the development and data compilation process. I have deep knowledge of the functional and architectural design of data processing system. My domain cover the process optimization, content compilers, storage interfaces and specialities of map providers. I am motivated to create future-proof and backward compatible solutions, balancing between customer and system expectations. I represent the compilation toolchain and method on customer meetings. Manage the part of common technology unit, includes the specialized software developer and content production teams. Department size is 60-80 person, includes C++ developers and engineers following areas: database, visualization, routing, media and MAP specialist. I am responsible for department management and resource allocation and escalation handling. I work on improving the content production process and I support the collaboration between specialists and project members. I made architectural decisions, define and implements ETL process in the conversion process. I represent the teams of specialists company-wide.

Owner of the MAP compilation roadmap, organize and manage resources and schedule the content releases. Represent the content process and compilation toolchain. Optimize the toolchain flow, develop special converters and elements of toolchain in C++/C#/SQL/Python.

GIS and Database Project managment. Develop desktop mapping software in AutoCAD ObjectARX C/C++, and WebGIS application based on MapGuide and Oracle Spatial/MS SQL databases. Manage small team 6-9 developers.
