Finance Reporting Manager (R2R)

Ensure on time consolidation of financial reports for group reporting for 50 legal entities across Europe according to IFRS. The regular activities are also covering GL accounting, intercompany reporting, fixed asset management and costing. - Full responsibility of yearly external and internal audit. - Strategical planning of organisational and team activity within GBS. - Ensure that all KPI’s and metric’s are met. - Planning and leading of structural team changes in order to move towards data science and data driven decision making. - Support and mentor team members in their individual development and carrier plans. - Coordination of global and local projects on process improvements, automation deployment (RPA). - Initiation of continuous improvement projects to eliminate on value added activities, processes. - Deployment of new data management tools. - Representing group requirements in cross functional projects. - Team size 8/18
