Functional and Application Architect

As a Functional and Application Architect on CIB ITO Architecture and Digital team (covering Global Market, Global Banking and transversal CIB functions), I controlled and validated architecture studies prepared by the IT Project Managers for the architecture validation committee: 1. I challenged their solution on the target business processes, the functional cartography impacts and the target application architecture changes, 2. I helped them through the whole architecture review process, building an “architecture toolbox” that standardise the architecture artefacts, approach analysis and graphical language - to complete the final architecture review document. Project Managers stuck to the approach and became autonomous, 3. On specific needs, I led architecture studies from the business requirements to the scenarios presentation and promotion. I covered - End-to-end value streams: fixed incomes and MBS, - Main transversal functions: collateral management, client profitability, accounting, treasury, regulatory control and reporting, anti-fraud, cash management, - IT innovations with use cases: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, APIs.
