Define integration requirements between these systems and our internal operations platform to streamline workflows and enhance data consistency across functions. Leverage the Project Management and Accounting module in D365 F&O to drive operational efficiency, cost control, and financial transparency. Financial Systems Analyst

• Performed Financial analysis on the monthly results of the group, which consisted of preparing a margin report to analyze the large set of data produced by our billing software. I extracted the data to prepare a report that will analyze the revenue and cost of service in each location and for each brand. • Implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within the whole group. This consisted of analyzing business requirements, preparing the FRD (Functional Requirement Document), performing a gap analysis between system functionalities and business processes, system configuration and set up, user training, data migration and Go-live. The data migration consisted of extracting data from three different systems (Accounting software, HR software, CRM, and Billing software) and processed them to input in D365. • Designed accounting processes to better streamline our operations. This included an invoicing process for our CRMs as well as a consolidated accounts receivables report on SharePoint for a smooth collaboration between all parties. • Designed an extensive Chart of Accounts for the group

• Performed market research on the country and advised the board to set a company in Ethiopia. This consisted of a PESTEL analysis of the country and the application of Porter’s Five Forces model to develop a business strategy. Using Porter’s model, I identified there was a low barrier to entry in the technological sector, a high demand of the technological services because the country had adopted IFRS and mandated all big companies to implement it. Banan IT offered a software solution that would help companies through this transition. Furthermore, there was a low level of skills and resources within the country to capitalize on this, Banan IT could bring in those skills and resources and hence my decision to advise the board on investing in Ethiopia. • Ensured business continuity by developing a framework for our customer relationship management, such as learning the culture of country, on-site visits, improving employee’s skills and morale. Most employees were not very IT literate and felt threatened by automation that the system provided, hence there was a big resistance to the implementation of the system. I handled that by organizing seminars and workshops to improve their skills, build a personal relationship, designed business processes that they had ownership and empowered their position in the company
