• Acted as the project manager and main facilitator for the development and implementation of Pret Kuwait’s mobile application, playing an integral role in the ideation and design of the loyalty programs to be offered, and the integrations required on the app, from payment solutions to data and event analytics. • Developed a launch plan for Pret A Manger’s expansion into KSA, conducting research on KSA’s macro and micro trends in the F&B industry, and creating a plan to ensure effective communication and operation. • Managed, ran, and optimized digital marketing campaigns on various platforms including Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, acting as the data custodian and gathering data on ad performance, leveraging them to derive actionable insights for future campaigns and understanding Pret’s customer segmentation on a deeper scale. • Analyzed operational data on the performance of Pret Kuwait’s delivery branches and provided insight on preparation times, delivery times, and their correlation to food items being prepared, the time of day for the deliveries, and the location to which they are being delivered, leading to a 12% decrease in preparation times and a 65% decrease in cancellations throughout operational areas in Kuwait.
