I did the following: 1) Managed teacher payroll, including salary processing, promotion processing, and arrears calculation using the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Database (IPPD). 2) Assisted in pension management, utilizing the HRMIS system to process files and draft documentation. 3) Trained new interns on IPPD and HRMIS, guiding them on key tasks and protocols. 4) Collaborated closely with Unit Heads and HR Officers to achieve targets and optimize workflows. 5) Maintained organized records for efficient tracking and retrieval.
